The effort to make the Customer Portals fully mobile friendly is so large that it's not currently planned. However, all major enhancements and maintenance are considering mobile in order to lessen the big lift down the road. With the standalone experiences under way (Material Store, FMX, etc.), becoming mobile friendly is a requirement of the future of the Portals.

It would be great to have an iFIM app which guides you to the corresponding fault isolation chapter when entering a problem. The app could include opening/submitting a spport case to the bizjet aoc.
