    The effort to make the Customer Portals fully mobile friendly is so large that it's not currently planned. However, all major enhancements and maintenance are considering mobile in order to lessen the big lift down the road. With the standalone experiences under way (Material Store, FMX, etc.), becoming mobile friendly is a requirement of the future of the Portals.

    On October 29, 2020, the Tech Pubs Portals team delivered enhancements to myGEAviation and myGEHonda that allow customers to search Tech Manuals within the Documents widget, significantly improving their experience navigating these technical files. This item was discussed during the recent Customer Portals Webinars. The team is now working to add additional document types (e.g. Fleet Highlites, AOWs) and filtering options.

    My customers have complained about the limited search capability within the engine manuals and I agree with other comments on this subject. Customers and myself would like to see similar search capability as you have on the DVD version.
