How do I get a quick response on AOG Priority Departure Record requests?

1. While creating AOG DR/AOG Inquiry please enter the right priority (Imminent AOG, AOG) as defined in this FAQ and note down the case number.

2. Once AOG Inquiry/Departure Record is created, please contact aviation.fleetsupport@ge.com with the following information:

   i. Aircraft Tail Number

   ii. Date/Time of Next Scheduled Flight

   iii. Aircraft Grounded Location

   iv. Contact Information and case number

3. Once Fleet Support verifies the AOG status, engineering hardware owner will be contacted immediately.

4. Once engineer has provided a response, you can check the response of the case on Portals or contact fleet support.
