1.Click on Submit an Inquiry from Help & Support menu

2. Please navigate to Engines->Departure Record

3. If you are a commercial customer, please select priority as AOG (Imminent AOG or AOG)


4. Please enter all other mandatory fields like Part Number, ATA Chapter etc. and Submit

5. You will then receive a confirmation email from Fleet Support and will be assigned a case number.
