What should I do if I am missing or seeing incorrect ESN information in myGEAerospace?
You should be able to see any ESNs you own, operate, or monitor in the top level navigation of myGEAerospace.
If you are missing or seeing incorrect ESN information in myGEAerospace, please submit a Helpdesk ticket by following these steps:
Click on the Inquiry icon at the top of the site

Click on the "Site Support" button
Click on the "Other" link
Populate the "Detailed Problem Description" field with the missing or incorrect ESN information. Please attach any applicable screenshots.
