I noticed that an incorrect ESN is installed on an aircraft, how do I get the correct ESN installed?
Please follow the steps below to submit an inquiry so GE can update the portal’s database.
Click on the Inquiries icon:
Click on ‘Engine’:
Click on ‘Engine Change’:
In the description below include the following:
• Aircraft tail number
• Incorrect ESN that is currently installed
• Correct ESN that should be installed
• An installation date of the correct ESN
• Aircraft tail number
• Incorrect ESN that is currently installed
• Correct ESN that should be installed
• An installation date of the correct ESN
