Where do I submit corrected utilization data?

I received an error stating the aircraft utilization exceeds the daily limit from the previous utilization value or the aircraft utilization must be greater than or equal to a value and to submit a case through the inquiry widget if data needs to be corrected. Where do I submit the correct utilization data?

Please follow the steps below to correct the aircraft utilization information.

Click on the Inquiries icon:


Click on ‘Engine’:


Click on ‘Engine Change’:


In the description below provide the correct aircraft hours and cycles since new and the date that the utilization was recorded:
