What is the process for adding an ESN to the Engine Change Tool so I can install it?
If you acquired an engine and the ESN has not transferred ownership to your carrier, please follow the steps below to inform GE to transfer ownership.
NOTE: Select ‘work stoppage’ priority if the ESN is installed on an aircraft
Click on the Inquiries icon:
Click on ‘Engine Change’:
Provide the following in the 'description' field below:
• Date the engine was transferred into your fleet
• State whether the engine is a lease engine, or you purchased the engine
• Owner of the engine
