Notice: Support Change for Inquiries related to CF6 and GENx-2B Thrust Reverser and Pylon hardware

In 2019, GE sold the “MRAS division” to “ST Aerospace”. Beginning in May 2021, support for all CF6 and GENx 2B Thrust reverser and Pylon hardware will be transitioned over to the new STEA Support Center. Fleet Support will no longer handle these cases and refer customers to the ST Aero team. See below communication:

Beginning May 2021 customers are asked to route their inquiries to aeroline@stengg.com or contact the MRAS call center directly at either 410-346-0502 or +65 3129 2468. These communication channels will be staffed twenty-four (24) hours/day seven (7) days/week to support all case types including AOG and imminent AOG support on the Genx-2B (B747-8) and CF6 Programs.

For spare parts requests, please continue to route CF6 requests through Boeing Distribution Inc., https://shop.boeing.com/aviation-supply/. For Genx-2B (B747-8) spare parts requests, please continue to contact your MRAS customer support representative; however, after hours requests (AOG only) can be routed through the call center.
