Direct customers to access FAQ section directly from a link on the login page.
Customers often do not know how to request access to myGEA. It would be great and save Customer teams much time and energy if the FAQ section in particular (but not limited to) "how to request access" steps guidance could be made available directly from a link the login page. This would avoid the time it takes for Customer Team members having to take screenshots and send instructions to new users.

With the release of the rebranded myGEAerospace login screen, the FAQs are now available to users via a link before logging in. This addresses the scenario of a user requiring information about how to request access to the portal. See the attached screenshot of the login screen's link to the FAQs.
